I'm so amazed at this wonderful hotel stay. The bed, pillows and the room was just great. I slept like a baby, and awakened refreshed. The extras; the microwave, refrigerator, breakfast, balcony to look outside, were just excellent. I am so glad I found this jewel, the Comfort Inn in Sandy Springs, and the value was exceptional for the extraordinary service provided.

The bed was awesome. Unfortunately, that is the only nice thing I can say about my 2-day stay. It took three door key changes and two room changes before we were able to get keys to open a door. The first floor reeked of pot. I complained and demanded the manager handle it, but nothing was done. The elevator had not been inspected since December 2021. Breakfast stopped at 9am Saturday instead of 10. The lady refused to keep cooking even though there were people ready to eat. Shower drain was clogged. The water stood ankle deep within a minute of my shower. The toilet seat was cracked, which doesn't feel good when it pinches your skin. There were cobwebs on the walls. The lampshades were dirty and had holes. No phone to call the front desk. When I complained to Choice Hotels, they sent me 10,000 points, which is equivalent to $31.50. I told them they would have been better off ignoring my complaint than insulting me that way. Next stop is to report the elevator.

this is the nastiest place i have ever been in my whole life. horrible smell once we arrived as well as mold, stangs, and as well as rips in the curtain. as big as a franchise this hotel is they should get it together because if they stayed in one of these rooms i would think they would say the same thing. don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website.

Surprisingly rundown, lice infested, dirty-nasty major brand name hotel in high-end location… last last resort!

The room is run down and needs to be remodeled. The room was not clean as in floors moped etc The room was infested with lice and roaches and needs to be throughly cleaned and professionally fumigated to address the lice issue. I only stayed at the hotel for 3 hours. My carpet was soaked with water (I hope) a moldy smell throughout. The drain in the shower was clogged not to mention the hair. The final straw was when I saw what appeared to me a roach crawling across the wall. I immediately packed my bag, stopped by the desk gave the manger my room key and told him there were bugs in the room. He appeared to look embarrassed. At that point I had my belongings and left. Very very disappointed in the choice brand.
